What data we process and why

  • Contact form, email and WhatsApp: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message, to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
  • Job applications: the details and CV you send us, to assess your profile in recruitment processes.
  • Marketing communications: only with your consent, or if you are already a client and they concern services similar to those you have hired. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form or write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR), pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and our legitimate interest in dealing with clients and business contacts (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your request or maintain the business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Job applications are kept for a maximum of one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Service providers that support us (web hosting, email and client management tools) may access it as data processors, under contract and with appropriate safeguards. This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, which may involve a transfer of data to Google LLC (United States) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contacto@equilibramedia.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security and minors

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This site is not intended for children under 14.
